Happy to be home :D

After 40 days of anticipation I arrived back in Queensland where I was pampered and spoiled by my sweetheart. He rented a Mouses House in Springbrook. It was the perfect place to hide out together.

Jezza made a deliciously healthy salmon and salad dinner and gave me a fantashtic massage.
Our Happy House included a spa tub and very cozy living space.
While walking to the mouse house, I saw a Walking Stick Palm which is the world's smallest palm. Aboriginals used their trunk as a walking stick.

In the morning we went to the Best Lookout
While walking to the lookout we saw these unique trees

We had a great view of Jezash mountain from here
Next we ventured over to see the Natural Arch. Walking and waterfalls are two of my favourite things because they remind me of how I met my lovely man.
Best of all I am now engaged to the ultimate man of my dreams and I couldn't be happier about it :D

Perth, Western Australia

It's time to close the Perth chapter as I am moving to Lismore New South Wales to be with my man and share a beautiful life together. Before leaving I ventured out to take photos of some of my favourite buildings and areas. Taylor Bee and I went to Kings Park for a walk.
This is what the city looks like from the best view that Perth has to offer.

Kings park features a botanical garden with plants from places as far away as California, U.S.A.

Here is beautiful Taylor being her spectacular self in the park

Unfortunately while walking through the botanical garden there were plants with graffiti carved onto them
There are many beautiful structures to see all around Kings Park

Along with all of the beautiful plantation, Perth has unique and interesting architecture. These are some of my favourite ones...

It is also very interesting to see the process of how brick buildings are made...

Fremantle is the name of the suburb where I spent most of my time. It has a new-age, earthy, holistic type of vibe with many cafes, restaurants, shops, a ferris wheel, a prison, and it's biggest feature: "the markets"
The stall vendors are equipped with friendly staff who tend to engage you in personal conversation.
My favourite shop in Fremantle is called "Kakulas Sister" which is filled with unique grocery items including bulk spices, beans, grains, nuts, and the most heavenly item which causes explosion of your taste buds- lemon myrtle macadamia chocolate balls. YUM!!

My favourite place to eat in Fremantle is at Juicy Beetroot Cafe. The prices are great, they offer a good variety of hot and cold food, and the taste keeps you coming back for more. They are also gluten-free and vegan friendly.

The Ferris wheel allows for a great view of the ocean and is best to ride at sunset.

South beach is just down the road from the Ferris Wheel. It is my favourite beach in Perth and attracts many tourists.

South beach has toilet facilities that are painted with stunning art work. I was fortunate enough to watch one of the artists at work. He used spray paint for the picture which is featured on this wall...

Other artists painted these walls....

Run Amuk is a recent addition to South Beach area which has delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian hot dogs. Their menu is creative and original and has some to offer everyone's taste preferences.
